Build wealth. Lead with purpose. Create legacy.

I help people make better decisions about their money and about their lives. Advisor by profession. Builder by choice. Coach by nature. Husband and girl dad at home. One job underneath all of it. Help people see what is possible, then go get it.

Two decades in

Wealth is personal. Legacy is generational.

I have done this work for over twenty years. The idea behind it is simple. Your money should connect the life you are living now to the people you want to take care of later.

The longer I do it, the more one thing holds up. The numbers rarely tell the whole story.

I learned that the hard way. Then I spent twenty years advising plan participants, executives, business owners and families, and eventually built the firm I thought should exist.

“Retirement planning is no longer just about preparing one person for retirement. It has become generational planning.”

Wealth is not the destination. It is the vehicle. Security, choice, family, giving, ownership, and whatever you leave behind.

The best advisors do not just manage money. They know the person behind the portfolio, and they will coach you through the decisions that shape your life, not only your balance sheet.

How I think about it

I plan the way I play chess.

Read the position. Protect what matters. Know what is coming. Make every move serve the one after it.

01 / SEE THE BOARD

Think several moves ahead.

Planning is not prediction. It is having enough room to decide from strength instead of panic.

02 / PROTECT

Protect the people, not just the portfolio.

Risk starts with knowing what the money is actually for. Assets support lives. Protect those.

03 / BUILD

Build systems, not goals.

A goal names the destination. Saving, investing, tax planning and accountability are what get you there.

04 / TRANSFER

Prepare the next generation.

Legacy is not moving money. It is getting people ready for what comes with receiving it.

Beyond one practice

Three companies. One mission.

I am Co-Founder and Co-CEO of all three. Each one handles a different part of the same problem.

Beyond the numbers

Advisor when you need strategy. Coach when you need perspective.

Some money decisions are math. The ones that matter almost never are. They involve fear, family, and what you want the next chapter to mean.

“Sometimes my job is to build the plan. Sometimes it is to challenge the thinking. Sometimes it is simply to remind you who you said you wanted to become.”
The Advisor

Strategy with humanity.

Wealth, retirement and generational planning built around the actual lives behind the assets.

The Coach

Perspective that moves people.

For when the problem is not information. It is confidence, clarity or follow through.

The Builder

Ideas turned into platforms.

Three companies, each solving a different piece of wealth, legacy and retirement.

The Voice

Ideas beyond the room.

Stages, podcasts, published commentary and Crown Conversations.

The Advocate

Leadership with responsibility.

Industry leadership, policy work, and opening doors for women and the next generation.

The Man

Husband. Father. Girl dad.

The roles that keep legacy from ever being an abstract word to me.

The personal side of wealth
“The crown was never about status. It is about responsibility, purpose—and who becomes stronger because you wore it well.”

Being an advisor is part of who I am. So is being a husband, a father, a proud girl dad, a mentor and a builder. I want clients to feel that I know more than their account number.

So I talk about money in human terms. Freedom. Responsibility. Memory. Opportunity. Being a girl dad is also why the financial future of women is personal to me and not just professional.

Featured perspective

Retirement planning has become generational planning.

Retirement decisions now hit three generations at once. Aging parents. Adult children. Caregiving. And you, still trying to fund your own retirement. Planning one household member at a time stopped working.

“The future of advice is not simply managing more money. It is helping more people make better decisions across generations.”
